just wondering if there were anyother COMPETITIVE in bodybuilding, strongmen or powerlifting. if so, provide proof with your numbers or accomplishments.

to see me just google my name: Zack Spidel

Yea Í workout a couple times a week, but I am not competing. Also I am not into powerlifting but into bodybuilding. Googled your name and got a video on ironscene, looking strong hehe.

I work out 4-6 days a week but not on a competitive level...

cool guys. now that this thread got moved to the right place i might get more responses. i was just curious to see if there was anyone out there was competitve in lifting!

the name "juice" doesnt sound all that natural to me , and the fact that youre from canada j/k. i got this one shirt from a website, it says "stay weak, i needed those plates anyway" i love it. theres nothing like banging more plates on the bar and squatting til your nose bleeds or deadliftin and rippin your shins up while all the pussies curling in the squat rack watch with their jaws open. i love powerlifting, being huge, death metal, chalk, knee wraps, and in the words of hulk "saying my prayers, eating my vitamins and being true to myself" lol, right hulk, i never touched anything other than protein too
