Female and Male festaes or not?

Just purchased these 2 Festaes for 58.00. They where the only fish in a 125 gal. tank. When I first saw them at the LFS they look to be a pair, now I think their both females. Help

Why? They're still very nice fish. Don't uros deserve tank space too?

I'd say the one with the nipped tail is a female, the other is a male.
