Just picked up a female convict... she has a different stripe pattern than any I've seen... at first it was weird but it quickly grew on me so I bought her

Awesome, this one has some good coloring in the face. It could possibly be a different fish in the same family as the con, or... just a different form of the con. Check out the amatitlania siquia.
As stated above, or could be a honduran red point. If you got it from a LFS it could easily be another species, most LFSs can't tell the difference.

She's showing interest in my big male convict... they've been dancing and fanning each other all evening... so at least in the same family I would say
