Female Festae-Pacific Northwest-PU

I am looking for a female festae. I would like one larger than 5 inches, preferrably an adult at full size though. Willing to drive to pickup anywhere in the pacific northwest for the right fish. Willing to pay good $$ for the right fish. Also will consider breeding pairs.
