female green terror question

my green terror spawned last week (thursday) eggs hatched on saturday..sunday i seen houndreds of fry..today i seen none..my question is can the female be holding them in her mouth?

Im sorry to say but its all to common occurrence that mom ate all the fry. Sorry this is kind of common but she should get better with experience. Also if there is a lot of stress it will cause this even more frequent. Although be careful cause the male might get angry at her and get aggressive. Egg laying cichlids do not hold fry in their mouths. Only a select few south and central american do.
