My 125 started leaking so I had to move my fish to a 75. I had a male and female hartwegi among the group. All was fine at 7am yesterday but by noon the male had beat up the female. I put her in her own tank with some melafix and salt but she died a few hours later. I never thought they would fight like that. I figured the stress of moving to the new tank would have kept things calm until I could get home and set up more tanks.

You're not having a lot of luck lately, huh?I feel your pain. My most fave fish was a female 7 inch wegi, that was beat up when i moved, and died. Then I ordered a male from Rapps, and he was killed later also. Wegis are my fave fish, but for now, Ill hold off in getting any new ones.
