Here is my jag x dovii hybrid. She's a little over a year old. My question is where is her color? Father was a jag and mother was dovii. Both parents were beautiful. She's very active and more of a glass banger than my 9in male dovii. It's just odd that she developed almost no color at all. Albino without the red. What do you think?

Good lookin fish. I like the lighter color.

The light color is very interesting. I like it a lot.

the sand is making it look light. darker substrate/black back and she'll darken but it already looks good

Thanks guys. I don't have any fry left. I kept her thinking she was a male because as a fry she was the fastest growing and most dominant. Boy did she fool me lol
