check out WAfishbox, there's a guy there that may have better information for you, A guy name Mike up in C-Town breeds the motoros. good luck.
The only place local you'll find marbles it probably Aquarist World in White Center. But you're gonna PAY for them.. Probably $400+ for a 4+" one.. I can probably get you bigger and cheaper but they're gonna be WC and coming from canada, and you won't know what you're getting until they hit the ground in BC..
Thanks Mike; I am hung up on seeing the ray before I buy so thats going to be a challenge; I am eying the 16" female marble that Rapps has at the moment; thanks for the help, Jeff.
