female or male?got photos..

can you please help me sex these two?one is blood parrot other one is a flowerhorn...sorry if the photo is a bit crappy,my camera's macro settings sucks.

i tried taking pics viewing the vent from below the fish..but didn't work..

by the way,the female is this,..when it was younger,i bought it as a female but had doubts when it grows,..just want to confirm.

well,it's vent is barely out when i shoot it from the side..i will try though..

Let's do this. Most cichlids Males have almost the same size anus as the vent. Females are noticeably larger vent then the anus. So you be the judge.

thanks!...i take a look at it's vent again..i was thinking of placing it with a male to check it's behavior,to see if it would match the behaviors of the previous females i have bred,but it the biggest so far among my fh's.haha!.this is fh is a bit of a challenge.because quoting from the article in this hybrid section,a method where you just squeeze the vent area gently,males should have some atleast fluids coming out of it..
