I came home for a late lunch today and noticed all my bichirs and tig nosing the bottom as they do when I feed them. I was wondering what the hell they weredoing. I noticed a few eggs scattered along the bottom. I was pretty thrilleand upset at the same time. I need to put them in their own tank, but spent my holiday cash on something else. Well at least now I know I have a breeding pair.

Wow..Congrats Cougar! ive seen polys bred in farms but not in private. They also use fish tanks to breed polys in thailand.
Well let me clarify things. I didn't actually see the male fertilize the eggs. I am assuming this because the past few days he has been rubbing his nose and head against her head and body. He also dose this with my aro. I have a video clip I have been trying to upload to show everyone.
