Female Pecock?

I have 5 Pecocks and all of them are male but there is one that isn't very colorful so I am in hopes its a female but need some help determining it's sex.

What do you all think

From this picture it looks like a female about 2.5-3 inches but the best way to determine is venting.

Venting is hard to do as I have so many rocks in my tank I cant catch any of the fish. I cant move the rock either because I have three different hatches of fry's from 1" down right now so it would be a feeding frenzy if I start moving rocks.......

You are right though she/it is about 2"
I have my fingers crossed as Id like to have some Peacock fry.

Looks like a girl, but I do see a blue sheen and that could me a sub dominant male.
