1x 8" male vieja synspilum
1x 8" female vieja synspilum
1x 4" male orthochromis stormsi (west african goby-type cichlid)
1x 4" male chalinochromis brichardi
1x 6" synodontis ocellifer
1x 4" rainbow shark
1x 3" boesemani rainbowfish
2x 2" denisonii barbs
The female vieja is extremely aggressive, especially toward the male, but also toward the other tankmates. I recently found my 2" indo dat dead with chunks taken out of him. Do you think if I put only the two viejas together in a 75 that will cut back on her aggression toward the male? Maybe they'll even breed? Or should I just get rid of these giants before they really get enourmous?
