femalehas inflammed intestines?

so like the title says does my female have inflammed intestines, or does anyone know whats wrong with her? she was fine yesterday and the days before, but today when i woke up, i found her with this

yup!!! she is ready to lay eggs....if it were to get bigger and worse..it would be a hernia and can be treated with Clear

with clear? is there any other medications i can use like epsom salt or what not? and thanks for the info. i was seriously freaking out this morning when i saw her like that
