Hi guys, seen a couple of threads on different aspects of ferts, and wondered if anyone could recommend a brand, at a good cost?

Have heard seachem bandied about...

It's basically for normal plants that will do OK anyway, such as pothos, anubias, Java moss etc, but just in case the pothos steals their nutrients.

Or if its not needed at all, I guess that's an answer too

Go with dry ferts. They're incredibly cost effective and will last you a very long time. I buy mine from Green Leaf Aquariums.

Is that an online vendor?
Yes. It's an awesome site for those involved in the planted tank hobby. Tons of great ferts, equipment and such. Check them out.
