I have a 55g with sand substrate, some wysteria, some cardinals, some red swords and green ones, a few others I dont know. I have presurized co2 and 52 watts of PC lighting above half the tank that is planted and a regular 20" strip over the other side. I have apisto's, rams, other dwarfs and 4 angels.
I have liquid fertilizers as follows...
phosphate, potassium, iron chelate 10%, nitrate and flourish. The only one that has instructions is the flourish. What amount and how often do I need to be around roughly with what I have? All of my ferts are in ppm. Thankyou

Usually there is plenty of nitrate in the tank if you have fish, but your stocking may be low. Test your nitrate, then check the sites recommended to you for the ideal nitrate level for best growth.
