I am looking to buy some high quality fertilizer and lights.

For Fertilizer i was looking at

Just buy dry fertilizers, KH2PO4, KNO3, K2SO4 and a good micro mix. You will save a ton of money

Try homegrown hydroponics. You can get 50lb bags. They'll last a lifetime. Grab some friends and split it up.
