I'm considering rescaping 300 . I would like low light hardy plants. Just looking for cheap ferts . Maybe ferts made for a pond?

www.greenleafaquariums.com sells excellent/affordable dry ferts. Their EI pack (4 x 1lb bags of macros/micros) is $15. With a low light/low tech 300G, those bags should last you a long time.
