Whats the growth rate like on festae? Im looking to try to form a pair and buy a group but im not sure what size to buy. I know a guy selliny F1 fry but i wanna try to get a pair bonded and big enough to breed in about 6 months from now? How big should i buy the group?

I bought a small group of 4 and actually got really lucky to get a single pair. They’ve spawned for me twice now.

Sorry for the late response but growth can always vary but my Male is putting on .5 inch a month, mu female is from a different source and is growing really slow only about 2 inches in growth in about 6 months. It had been quarantined but may have been stunted because it was at a lfs for quite some time.
