I had this same fish up before and people said Mayan. And at the time it matched the description of a Mayan better. It has grown a little and it seems to look Festae. Coming from what little I know of Festae. Festaes get a spit by their tail fin the is more to the top of the tail before the fin, and they also get a '4' or a 'y' shape at the front by their gills. My fish seems to be taking on that trait. The first picture shows the 'y' shape. The second isn't very good, and the last two if you zoom in show the spot really well, it soesnt span the entire tail, there is a gap at the bottom. I won't be upset if its Mayan, although I was hoping for true festae like so many others. I just want to be 100% sure.
