Festae or Red Ceibal???

I bought it as a red ceibal at about 1.5", and it's now about 2.5". I got it at a pretty decent LFS that usually knows their stuff. Someone on another site is pretty sure it's a festae and not a ceibal, and I'm leaning towards that as well. What do you think?
