does anybody else's fish have silver metallic looking stripes like mine does.

typical female festae pattern change. they're pattern changes quite often with mood.

My friends female looks almost exactly like this one, depending on her mood, depends on how bright the metallic coloring is. I think it looks sweet. I get wait till my little booger grows up lol.

k i was just checkin, all the others i have seen were all ways black stripes, just wanted to make sure she was full blodded festae. thanks alot guys.

Behold your fishes doppelganger. Her stripes go from silver metallic to bluish metallic to black in seconds.

That's typical sub-adult coloration for a female Festae. The barring will turn black when she is mature. It can also occur when females are stressed, get her a male and she'll look like it's Halloween.
