Festae Sexing...

I picked up this pair of festae at my local fish auction. They are about 6 inches.

Was wondering what your opinion was regarding sexes?

You're right, but woah I had never seen a female that looked like that before... she has no bars at all.

Thats definitely a male and a female because of the black on the fin of the female. Females have that and male do not.

She has no spangling whatsoever (female) and the black dorsal also says female. I just had never seen one that... smooth. They usually have black bars that get lighter (light blue) depending on their mood, but not completely disappear like yours. It looks neat though, let's wait for the experts to give their opinion.
