Festae sexing

Does anyone know the sex of my festae ethier male or female?? He is in a 30 gallon tank for now... When i first bought it a few months ago it turned out to be a female but 3 weeks ago she started to lose her stripes and her redness almost and starting to develop some blue.. She is still active and eating.

What size is it? Looks female to me. That gravel is not going to help it's color and might be part of the issue.

4" and i transfered to her to the 30 gallon from my other tank yesterday which is 180 gallon and it has only sand

Colors come and go at that size. It will need time to grow and color up.
