Festae sick

hi Guys
My female festae is showing some weird white spots or body damage that I want to treat.

Water is great nitrates under 20.
She is part of a pair so there some chasing but they get along well.
She eats and is still very active

You can see them towards her face and the one on her tail behind the circle.

Any idea on what it is or how to treat?

Hard to say but it could small spots of lymphocystis from getting chased and bruised by the male festae. Post ur water parameters. Get some close up shots of the areas in question if able.
