Festae snapped

We’ll if my luck couldn’t get any worse my festae decided to snap yesterday I came home to a dead pike,a half dead yellow jacket and everything being held up in the corner and while the yellow jacket couldn’t swim he was still breathing he has some injuries to his scales, shredded fins and can’t swim straight however still desperate to save him I took a small tank I had running upstairs and added water from my other tank into it and put him in I added methylene blue, melodic and a small dose of prime now he cannot swim straight and that is my biggest concern he made it to the morning but is still on his side is there anything I can do

Sorry to hear. The cichlids are all ticking time bombs, especially the big mean ones like parachromis and festae.
Add aeration if you haven’t yet, otherwise keep doing what you’re doing.

Your festae did not snap, it is just did what its inatural nstinct compelled it to do (especially if your tank is under 300 gallons).
Festae is almost the only cichlid in its habitat west of the Andes, it does not belong in a tank with other "predatory" cichlids such as Crenicichla or Parachromis, cichlids that would be considered direct competition.
Any time you see a cichlid with a similarly shaped mouth (predatory) you should get the message they won't last for long in the same tank without conflict.

The yellow jacket is still alive but still can’t move is there anything I can do to give him the strength to move

Not sure tbh
As far as I know it’s a wait and see type scenario, monitor for infection.
