I think females only get 12" but males get 16". IDK if a 125 is big enough, but you could probably do it. Don't take my word though, I never kept Festae, just Labiatus and Citrinellus and FHs

Festae are known to be slow growers so one would be fine in a 125 for a while, they do get big though so you would have to upgrade eventually.
