What do you guys think? insignis?


These guys are still tiny and hard to get decent pictures of. I'm just a little curious which species I got

Too small to tell yet. A lot of the diagnotics like the reticulated back or if the body stripes Y or not won't be able to be seen in fish that small. Let them grow up to about 4" or so and post 'em back up.

I agree, but you should be able to get an ID at 2"+ if you get a pic showing the bars.
Here's a pic of my m.festivum for reference taken at 2" they are now at least double the size
