few fresh water stingrays

well im about to start keeping reticulated freshwater stingrays and i have a few questions i started off helping my dad keep his stingrays so im educated
1. can i keep 2 of them in my 250 gallon aquarium?
2. the tank mates include 1 sm jack dempsy 1 large jack dempsy 1 sm oscar 2 sm firemouths 3 med convicts and 1 lg jack dempsy eartheater mix... is that a fatal tank for the ray????
3. i found some tilapia filets in my freezer could i feed them thoes?
4. is 35 dollars a good price plus 15 dollars shiping
5. any aditional info would b really nice ive done reserch on them and read about 100 websites about them

I'm not too sure about compatibility. I do know that oscars tend to be a bit messy, and stingrays are really sensitive. In my (short) experience, I'd just say make sure you either over filter or do frequent wcs.
