I don't know if they'll take it easily but, try Thera A it's a good anti parasitic. Btw did you just acquire that clown loach? Looks to me it got skinny disease and if it's eating that thera A MIGHT help. How many loaches you got?
Thanks, I have used Thera A in the past and had success with it. May go this route again. There is a group of 5 clowns in there, the one in the pictures being the smallest.
Anyone else think this could be a problem with the loach? I've never encountered the problem before nor do I know much about it

Honestly, that little guy probably won't make it looks to far gone. Take a look into the loach section there is a sticky about so called Skinny Disease. I personally have used PraziPro with my loaches when I noticed that one had the disease no more causalities in about 2 months or so now.
I used api's general cure to treat 2 loaches with skinny disease. Fed them a lot and they got better within 2 weeks.
