few questions about my 29g

I just set up my new 29 gallon planted tank
i put in a pair of apistogrammas... dead
idk whay.. the temp is fine, i acclimated properly
so now im thinking of new ideas
convicts? how many?
can i get firemouth cichlids in there?
what about different types of rams?
or a large school of something?
how many convicts could i get in my 29g?

A 29g would be a great tank for a breeding pair of convicts and their fry.

i agree a 29 would be good for convicts, but you might want to try to figure out why your apistos died before you put something else in there, even thought cons are about bullet proof.

Yep a pair of cons would be very happy in there.Unfortunatly a firemouth might feel uncomfaratable as they grow to 15cm and I don't really want to keep one in my 55 gal because I think it would be cruels...Im a bit weird |i know but a big should of 24 neons would probally be ok..
