i want a new show tank and i wanted to do it my self so i have been looking all over and still cant find if this stuff i want this tank to be 3' tall 6'long and 2'wide will a dozen discus and some angels be able to live in this for life? and about how many gallons will it be also how thick acrylic should i use 1/2 inch ? thanks this is the first acrylic tank i am attempting to build besides a few little 10 gallons to test everything out lol

that would be a 270 gallon tank
1/4 glass or acrylic will be fine but with it being that tall, you will need to make sure you put in center support at the top.

oops lol i dont know why i put 150 LOL i was planning on euro bracing it would that work?

Wow I def wouldn't go 1/4" on a 3ft tall tank!?!? Idk about glass but Id say 1" acrylic. Stock will be fine in that for life and it should look good!

Sorry, ment to say 1/2. I have a 36" high tank and its only 1/2" acrylic. With a cross brace at the top.
You can go thicker as suggested, that would be up to you. Im going by what my tank is and has...
