I have a question for you guys (and gals). I have a 110 gal High tank. I plan on stocking it with piranha. I was thinking of getting Red Bellies, I want to get them small so I can raise them from the start. So maybe 5 1". I have thoughts of getting a larger tank but for now I need to know how many I can keep in the 110 forever.

thanks..........soon to be piranha owner.

what are the dimensions and do you want to upgrade in the future or are they gona stay in there for life?

48"L X 18"W X 30"H

I'd like to upgrade, but I'd rather plan on not upgrading. If it happens great if not I want to be set with what I got.

it's the same footprint as a 75, so 3 or 4 would be a good number for life, but if you wanted to keep the tank interesting and there is the possibility of upgrading in the future, you could pick up a dozen or so and thin out the shoal as they grow or move them into a larger tank if you get one.
