So all being well if the house sells, I can finally start building an indoor pond, the question is what size will I need?
My planning stock will be;
1 x redtail catfish
1 x giraffe catfish
1 x niger catfish
What size should I be looking at?
Was thinking 15' (L) x 10' (W) x 4' (D)
Im guessing this would be an far size for these 3 fish, although I'm sure over time I will end up taking a few unwanted large fish in,
Also filtration? Im guessing large koi pond filters?
Heating the pool, maybe large koi pond heaters or is there heaters of this size made?
Also whats the max size of the giraffe catfish? as Im struggling to find a decent sauce, some say 2 ft although I know Ive seen much bigger, 3ft? 4ft? bigger? & there growth rate as well, as I've never owned one and online articles dont really help by saying 'fast' as that could be anything as fast a redtails growth or just what they think fast is.
