Got a chance to take a few quick shots of a mates 6.8" TL Female Salvini. Not a pleasant fish.

EOS400D 50mm @ F1.8, last shot is cropped.

Not exceptionally happy with any of them, but figured I would share anyway. Enjoy.

Tank lighting only, flash washes out colours but brings out the neons - doesn't look right through unless it's a good speedlight setup.

i hate the on camera flash on the xti and ive been looking into a 430ex setup to take some pics. my lighting on my 125g isnt the best

Japes those pics are incredible. It's as if there's no glass or water between the camera lens and the fish.

Will you come to my house and take photos of my fish?
