couple sundays ago I saw some glass on the boulevard, went around the block figuring I could use this as tops for tanks. low and behold it was the 3 8' pcs of glass for a 300 gal tank. story from the fish store is. the tank either started leaking or a pane broke. either way I loaded it up, and put it in my garage. would like to build a tank. but before I can do that I need to replace my basement. and don't see that happening in the near future.If I built a tank It would need to have at least a 8'x4' foot print. and here is a video of my current setup.waiting for the video to load on youtube
