fh breeding size

what is the breeding size of a fh? like when it can start to breed?
also anyone hear of a convict fh hybrid?

I beleive they can start breeding as small as 4".

I have never seen a convict/Fh, but I am sure there are some somewhere.
They both seem to breed like bunnies
