Apparently my fh is to good for a heater and broke it. Any ideas on keeping the temp for a day other than the fact that i live in Hawaii and the temp is somewhat tropical except at night. Btw his tank is outside.

Buy a titanium heater, my oscar did the same thing, you're lucky he didnt electricute or fry himself! Also just do a warm water change when you go to sleep and when you wake up
If you have a tank inside just sitck it in there for the time being untill you get a new heater.It is better to be safe then sorry.
Sell what titanum heaters....Just buy a reg heater and make or buy a heater protecter. I think there is a thread on mfk that shows how to make one
my tank is already outside the heater was in there just in case the weather outside was too cold
