my FH is just sitting still and not doing nothing, i just wanna know wat is wrong with him he's not eatting or swimming. i just did a recent water change and he been acting like this for 2 days so far, he has like stuff coming off him.

Pics would help. Check your water parameters, more than likely that's the problem since this happened after a WC.

more info is needed. We can't identify your problems if you just tell us you have a fish in water and it's not doing anything.

could you be more specific than "he has like stuff coming off him"? take some pics or be very descriptive. there are many fish diseases and there is no way you can get any help with the amount of information you provided.

he has white stuff (like saliva) around his mouth and eye.
