FH GROWING TO 10 INCHES ???

HOW much time would it take for this 6INCH FH to grow to a 10INCH FH,,,, if i continue feeding this FH the same.......(6 MONTHS ????)


1. FROZEN BW
2. DRIED SHRIMPS
3. FROZEN SAUSAGES (My FH loves them)
4. HEAD ENHANCER
5. COLOUR ENHANCER
6. DRIED WORMS

It all varies on the fish itself, the water quality, the temperature, and the size of your tank. A flowerhorn can be 10" in a year old, some can take 3-5 years to even reach 10".
And please avoid the frozen sausage, your just shortening your fish lifespan. Keep with the frozen sausage and your fish wouldn't make it to a year and a half I guarantee you. Any type of sausage contains fat, and fat does not digest very well in cold blood animals. I'm telling you, your going to kill your fish only...

Agreed. Avoid all mammal meat for flowerhorns.

first of all,,, thanx to all of u
wotever u ppl say and however funny it seems,,,,, i started giving them these sausages from an advice from my pet store itself..... they recommend this to everyone here........

and lemme be serious,,,,,, my FH reallllly loves them more than anything else put in the tank..........
nywy u may b rite in the fat digestion part of the FH.....

you should be able to get 4 inches in 6 months easy if the fish is genetically inclined .
i don't like the sausage diet either . and i have no idea what is "head enhancer " or "color enhancer " . just get the best quality pellets you can get in uae and supplement with the worms and shrimp . also change the water alot , at least 50 % every week . twice a week is better if your feeding alot .
good luck and by the way i've been to dubai a couple times it was a trip !

nywy as these many of u are telling regarding this matter,,,,, i am gonnna stop this diet....head enhancer is a food that u gethere for increasing the kok of the FH. COlour enhancer for increasing the red colour in a RED DRAGON.....
WIL search out for the best quality pellets here......

Flowerhorn Tricks is Grandsumo or SP 100 pellets. Meal worms, Constantly water change and big tank. Feed them Guppies once in a months same as meal worms. Make sure to add salt every week when you change 25% of the water.
