FH lips swollen

My 14 inch male FH has swollen lips and white around the mouth. I cannot post a photo because I am out of town and my wife just called to tell me. Any ideas based on the description so I can give her some guidance for a remedy? She said his lips are swollen and there is white surrounding them and there appears to be holes developing.

Any fungus medicine.
I use Clout tablets for all fungus. Works GREAT.

Sounds like cotton mouth to me. Your fish will be fine.

Put your water temp at 82-86. Aquarium salt will soften the water making your fish breath healthy and other health benifits so if you don't use that you should.

How your fish get that? I suggest change 50% of your water before using medications. Remember to take out carbon in your filter or it will suck up all the med.
