FH opinion needed

I have a chance to pick up this guy, gonna visit him tomorrow. What does everyone think? Picture isn't the best, but how does he look? What do you think hes worth? I don't want to overpay.

It's a alright piece. Head is small and won't get much bigger in my opinion but colors and pearls are good.

Thats actually what I'd like.. I don't care too much for big koks. I love strong flower lines, pearls and color. What mix is this guy? I'm guessing a Red Dragon with something else??
