Can a pair of flowerhorns be in a 90 gallon????

A 90 is good size. The smallest I have gotten flowerhorn to spawn is a 30L

It really all depends on the pair. Some will get along great and some will not and then some will get a long and then breed and hate each other, but yes to answer your question. A 90 is plenty for a full grown pair.

Its difficult to keep a pair permanently because either of them can snap at anytime, im not saying its not possible but id hate to loose a fish.imo

I will get an expensive show male w/ monster kok and awesome colors and a not so expensive but still pretty female so it's not a total loss if she gets killed.
