fh prob

hii i jus went to my lfs and saw this fh pair but it has following probelm
pics 1-8 are of same fh

i encircled the area and its gills were inside it is encircled it is encircled in first pic


second encircled area shows that it has unusual look what is it

price 193$

+ more parts it u find though the fish was swimming pretty good and there size were 4"

Wow. Thats one of the ugliest fh I have ever seen. In fact I think it's the only ugly fh I've ever seen. All that and for the low low price of just under 200$. My guess is that the lfs will be holding onto that one for a while.

I do not think that fish has much to offer , buy from members from this fine forum or other FH boards one being flowerhorncraze.com

those are bonsi parrots...not flowerhorns!!!! dont buy them!... wait and keep shopping around.... get a nice pair shipped to you as fry for the same price or less...

its a flower parrot.. and the lowest quality one that ive ever seen..

Culling those help , is done in many different breedings practices around the globe. That is no Bonzai , That is just some real low low grade FH

true.. but something as deformed as that? its cruel to let it live.. and if someone buys it and it breeds? then theres a heap more Deformed fish that people could end up un-knowingly buying.. then if the person realises they have a deformed fish when it gets bigger ? possibly dump it in a waterway?
then it crosses with the inhabbitants of that waterway?
you end up with a population of deformed fish..

theres a lot of reasons fish like this shouldnt be sold..

I AM NOT GOING TO PURCHASE IT ! + i would like to know that is it sick in areas where i have encircled it
