So my daughter has a low-med grade zz female. She is ten and wants to get a male fh and try a breeding project on her own. If she goes and gets or orders say 5-10 what are her chances of having more than one male to choose. To try to pair with her female.

Since you're trying to breed Low Grade fish, Please don't sell them to LFS's.
With that being said, How big is the female? Female Flowerhorns won't breed with a male Flowerhorn thats smaller than them. Out of a batch of fry, Males usually grow the fastest so pick the biggest ones and you'll have a higher chance of picking out a fry.
Thats the easy part, the next part would be to get them to pair up. Most likely, your female will attack the male once its introduced to the tank, you will need dividers.

Yes she has her divider rdy if that happens. The female is only 3" tops, if its that big. She isnt giving them to the lfs. They wont be sold to any one. She really loves the fish and wants to experiment i guess. They arent going to be for sale, i wouldnt let her do that.

if you find a nice male female wouldent bring down the grade very much.
plus you dont know what the gene's of the females may be. ive seen some
bad looking females come from some very nice pairs.

haha theres not only a lack of nice females but a lack of females in general, I think too many people cull the females thinking they are poor quality or because they grow slower, I dont know but there is indeed a lack..Id like to see more females for sale guys
