She's rubbing her body on lots of the decorations like she is scratching but I have not noticed any signs of stress or sickness, any ideas?

Ammonia is 0 ppm
nitrite is 0 ppm
nitrate was around 10 ppm i think
and pH is 7.6
but she seemed to stop but still does it every now and then, and she doesn't have white spots or any other signs of disease (heavy breathing, lethargic, sores, body fungus, etc.)
