if the tank is VERY large then yes a flowerhorn will do fine with a jard. however i wouldn't recommend the rtc with a fh those things get entirely to huge, and will if given proper tank size, and will eventually be able to eat the flowerhorn. also with the jard situation i would also make sure you don't put a tiny jard in with a full grown flowerhorn.
i myself wouldn't attempt this unless i had at least a 300g and i would also make sure there was other tankmates to attempt to disperse aggro.

oh cuz i've seen fh with silver and red arowana. so i wonder if jar combination will work or not. in many lfs i see that they keep one FH with one silver arowana in like 20 gallon tank.
Some fks may be ok with tank mates but most will not.Its best if housed alone
