FH with black patches, what is it?

got my second FH recently, a young female, she has the same colouration as my male only more intense red on the fins and way more pearls, thing is she has these dark black patches on her sides in random orders, sort of like a young midas, i was wondering if this goes away or what happens, does it stay? anyone else have some like this and could explain or show me some pics?

it looks like that but with at least 4 black patches per side, with bright red fins and really sparkly. i tried to snap some pics but they are blurry i only have a Nokia phone camera :(
 
Sounds like its regular "flower" patches to me they just aren't as dark in your other...pretty normal and all of mine have them...or maybe i am crazy :headbang2
 
managed to grab some pics, they arent atall like regular flower patches because ive seen millions of FH's online, they are just random dark patches the fish has also recently became much lighter so i wanted to see if it was a fader or soemthing because ive never seen one before, the pattern looks just like a midas

change your water... Or check your parameters... Happened to me before... And I did w/c the black patches disappeared within a day...

Hmm I wonder what happened there.

The black patches are cancer. Wait. Nevermind. Its just what faders do before they fade to their permanent adult colors. He is going to turn virtually all black then that will "peel" into its adult red-yellow colors. Enjoy your FH's transformation. Id suggest some high quality foods too, to fatten him up.
 
Fader...normal stage for him/her.
 
I had no clue this was a fader, i brought it as a regular FH and it was dark when i got it, all of a sudden its turned like this, im feeding it Hikari gold pellets and Massivore carnivore sinking pellets for protein to boost her up bigger
