we have a flower horn and a texas and think they are trying to mate ... has anyone here have any pics of what offspring might look like ?... thanks

How big is that Texas? it looks like it still has some growing to do

yes i think your right ... they are too young to mate ...... got home from work to find my flowerhorns fins nipped badly and nearly dead :irked:

seperated for now .... shoulda known better i guess ..the texas is only 3" and is already a glass banger!

if they spawn the offspring will be a flowerhorn with a lots of pearls... good luck.
