There are several Ficus species in Florida so I've noticed

One is the Strangler Fig

Another BEHAVES like the Strangler Fig, but has large, fleshy leaves - what is this one?

Another is widely used in walls / highway plantings, and along the coast - BIG wide heavily veined leaves. What are these?

Yet another BEHAVES like the Strangler Fig, but has larger leaves than the Strangler Fig. What's this one?

Thanks!

Around here, there is a wild papaya that seems like what you are describing (but I doubt that is what you are refering too). Along the coast and down south, there is another plant that sounds like what you are describing. It grows wild on the sand dunes at the beach. I don't know the name of it but hopefully that will help. (I am thinking Sea Grapes but that is probably just a local name.)

I do think the "Sea grapes" is the wide leafed one I'm talking about. Could you get a botanical on that?

As for the wild papaya - I saw some - have one here actually - and no,
These grow on palm tree trunks (like strangler figs)
