Im aware of the size of these guys and id be getting a small one for my 500 gallon tank. My question is how aggressive are these guys? id be putting them in a tank with larger carp, some cudas and catfish such as id sharks, and a lima shovelnose. Would this be a good fit or would it out grow my other fish and eat them? Thanks

Im not sure on the growth rate of the Fila's but my rossi grew 2-3" month before a storm hit an lost him he was 10" got him at 4"... but the 500 will last atleast a yr or 2.. But mine was never aggressive toward other fished but they will deff get big enough to eat your other cats in time... their the king of catfishes the largest of all beautiful cats... every fish has its on attitude/personality just watch him if he getting aggressive move out the other fish... my best advice i can give.... check out youtube their is a 3ft or better fila with Mekong's/Redtail Paroon Hybrid all look healthy and not beat-up time will tell Good Luck So Envious would love to have one for my collection...
